Make sure that you go to the Forms page to get the Summer Informational Letter and all the forms that you need to get to us before we can assign you any games. Without a W-9, Proof of age and a waiver we CANNOT assign and pay you any games that you have worked.

This summer we will be using Assign by Web to post schedules on the Internet. Please go to https://www.assignbyweb.com/mdss/default2.asp to register. Please make sure that you pick the clubs that you want to work for, listed below. A password will be sent to you after we approve you as a user. Please allow 24 hours to receive your password via email.

ABW information Several Internet providers changed their web mail policies. AOL, Comcast, Hotmail. AOL is currently working but is limited to the number of email from a specific server. Comcast is currently listing our IP address as a residential IP and is bouncing back some email sent to Comcast. All Comcast users need to make sure that you have webadmin@assignbyweb.com listed as an accepted email. (Comcast online under Preferences and Restrict Incoming Email) Hotmail is similar, you need to make sure webadmin@assignbyweb.com is listed as an accepted email. If you can set up a gmail email account you will receive emails from the server without any problems. You can also set up your gmail account to forward to the main email account you use. If you continue to experience problems receiving emails from our server, please let us know. You may need to set up an additional email until we get these providers to acknowledge our server.

Please let us know that you received your schedule and are able to work the games. Only tell me which games you CAN NOT referee when responding. Send your response to Merry @ mnrefassignor@comcast.net In order to be assigned games from Centennial, Newcastle, NSSA or North Metro you must complete the following and get them to me. If you need them sent to you please let me know. Availability form Waiver, by signing this, you
agree that you will read the W-9, we need 1 for my files. If I have one you don't need to send another. Proof of age, we only need this once and from everyone that
