FIELD TRAINING

MUST attend if 3 or less years at Centennial

You only need to attend 1 clinic.  If you have refereed for Centennial Indoor for 3 years or less you MUST attend a training session to be assigned games.  If you have worked 4 or more years you just need to take and pass the test.  You can come to one of the sessions above to take the test.  Please let Merry know when you are taking the test at which session.  Rules are available on the Forms page

We need a waiver each year and a W-9 once and again if you move or change your name

Proof of age, I only need this once and from everyone that referees.
Proof of age is either a copy of your birth certificate or drivers license

Pay periods for the indoor season are April 9 and May 5

Please do not call unless you don't have your check 7 weekdays after the end of the pay period.
